Bonding seminar in nature
The challenge was to organise a seminar in the countryside, including a neuroscience workshop, team building and an inspiring adventurer as speaker.
The aim was to strengthen the bonds within the Dior teams and encourage team creativity by offering participants different types of activities.
A seminar with three highlights to unplug, be inspired and create: :

Taking care of the quality of life at work for teams spread over three continents
Roquette wanted to launch a preventive approach to well-being at work.
The HR department wants to provide solutions to the changes in working patterns experienced by employees (isolation linked to teleworking, imbalance between work and personal life, hyperconnection, etc.) The project is to be delivered in several languages to employees on 3 continents.
All Roquette employees had access to:

Unplugging completely in the high mountains
As part of their team seminar organised by Into the tribe in Chamonix, Silvr's teams took part in a team-building day on the Mer de Glace glacier, at the heart of the Mont Blanc massif – an opportunity to unplug completely!
A high-mountain approach that they will remember for a long time: hiking with crampons, zip wires, via ferrata, ice climbing, and more. Accessible to all, this trek combined sporting activity with the discovery of a unique environment.
This offsite made a real impression on our Silvrnauts and allowed us to create some powerful, lasting memories.
Into the Tribe supported us for our first offsite in October 2022. Vincent and his team were very good at pinpointing our expectations and advising us on the organisation and staging of this three-day event.
They were very responsive to my questions, nothing was left to chance and everything was very well thought out in advance. Minor emergencies on site were handled well, and our teams appreciated having Vincent and Matthieu at our side, both for organisational matters during the stay and simply to chat.
